Q1 - I have to make a payment to Chelsea in America for something, what are my options?

A1. The preferred method for sending money to CIA is through a Pay Pal transaction as follows:

  1. Surf out to www.PayPal.com

  2. From the menu bar select "Send Money", the "Send Money Online"

  3. In the "To" field enter "PayPal@ChelseaInAmerica.com"

  4. In the "From" field enter your e-mail address

  5. In the "Amount" field enter the full amount in dollars and cents

  6. Select "Goods" or "Services" depending on the transaction you are paying for.  This is not critical if you get it wrong.

  7. Log into your Pay Pal account to complete the transaction
