Frequently Asked Questions

From time to time we notice that the same questions get asked over and over, so we have listed some of these frequently asked questions, and their respective answers below.  If you have a question to ask us, please look through these first, and if you still can't find an answer, feel free to contact us.

Q1. I have to make a payment to Chelsea in America for something, what are my options?
Q2. Can you give me more information on True Blue membership and how it relates to Chelsea in America membership?

A1. The preferred method for sending money to CIA is through a Pay Pal transaction as follows:

1. Surf out to www.PayPal.com

2. From the menu bar select "Send Money", the "Send Money Online"

3. In the "To" field enter "PayPal@ChelseaInAmerica.com"

4. In the "From" field enter your e-mail address

5. In the "Amount" field enter the full amount in dollars and cents

6. Select "Goods" or "Services" depending on the transaction you are paying for.  This is not critical if you get it wrong.

7. Log into your Pay Pal account to complete the transaction
