GENERAL NOTICE
A. If you did not reserve tickets or are ordering more than you reserved, we will put you on a hold list and release them if and when they become available. We have reserved the amount requested so extras will only be based on if someone backs out of the reservation they had.

B. On the off chance that Chelsea should have to cancel their summer tour, we will refund the ticket purchase in total, including all PayPal fees. It might take a couple of days to get through all the purchases, but we will get them out as fast as we can.

C. We have a block of seats reserved behind the goal in the Chelsea end. As soon as we have sections, rows and seat numbers we will let you know, which we won’t have for sure until we pay for them.


2016 Summer Tour Tickets Terms & Conditions

  1. PayPal is the only method of payment accepted.  There will be NO REFUNDS!  We are unable to process refunds, as we have pre-purchased these tickets and no refund will be available to us.  In case of emergency, we will do our best to try and help you get rid of your ticket(s) to another member who needs more.  But we cannot promise this, but we will definitely do our best to help!
  2. We are only allowed to sell tickets to paid in full members from the 2015/16 season, if you are not a member we will refund your payment. If we incur PayPal fees they will be deducted from your refund. These are Chelsea’s rules for our allocation, and as they give us the allocation, they make the rules.
  3. If you have do not have a True Blue membership or provide us with an affiliate member number during this season we will ask you to do the free affiliate and send us your number. Chelsea demands that all our members ordering tickets be either True Blue or have an affiliate number.
  4. A confirmation email will be mailed shortly, please give us a couple of days to sort that out.
  5. If you want to sit with certain members, or a specific chapter or supporters club, be sure to include their names in the provided field (or select the chapter)
  6. If you want other members of your party to pick up their own tickets, you MUST include the names of the people you are ordering for. Otherwise, if you do not provide other names, then only you can pick up the tickets for your group.
  7. Anyone caught ordering tickets and then scalping them, will have their money instantly refunded (less the Pay Pal fees), and their tickets will not be made available to them. (As per Chelsea FC’s policy). We will be watching Stub Hub, Ebay, Craig’s List and other places looking for it. As tickets will not be mailed we can assume our members will not be doing this, but Chelsea has asked that we remind everyone of this, in light of the issues this season at Stamford Bridge.
  8. Please note that your tickets WILL NOT be mailed to you.  Tickets will be available in the “official” Chelsea pub the day before the match and the day of the match. Please bring your receipt and ID. If you have an issue with that, please email [email protected]com, but we WILL NOT mail tickets.
  9. The price of tickets includes all Taxes, Venue Fees and PayPal fees.
  10. We will follow Chelsea F.C.’s rules in how tickets are allocated, as we have no other option.
