BIG TV Changes This Year!

Courtesy World Soccer Talk:

If you’re a soccer fan living in the United States, the next month will be one of the most confusing times for you when you start trying to figure out what channels or streaming platforms are broadcasting your favorite soccer league or competition.

Never before have there been so many changes in such a short amount of time.

Here are just a few big ones to mention:

• The UEFA Champions League has a brand-new rights-holder in the United States. Bye-bye FOX Sports. Now TBS (mostly pay web site) • Same with the Europa League. Now TBS but ENTIRELY pay web site except for the final) • FOX’s coverage of the FA Cup and Community Shield has also come to an end. NO US DEAL as of today.

• Serie A is also changing hands from beIN SPORTS to a yet unannounced broadcaster. NO US DEAL as of today.

Before you ask, there’s still no word about FA Community Shield or Serie A. As soon as we have details on that, we’ll let everyone know on this website.

MOST OF OUR PUBS WILL BE ABLE TO AIR THE BRITISH FEED SO GET TO YOUR PUB THIS SUNDAY.

To make sense of all of the changes, we’ve taken the last few weeks to compile an exhaustive list of who has which leagues and competitions in the United States.
