This guide provides a detailed overview of how to make the most of your membership and request match tickets through Chelsea in America. While Chelsea in America strives to fulfill as many requests as possible for our members, we cannot and do not guarantee tickets. Requests can outweigh availability, especially for high-profile matches. While we’ve historically received 90%+ of requested tickets, we may not be able to accommodate all requests. Please plan your trip accordingly!
Ticketing access made available through Chelsea in America via the associated Platinum Supporter Clubs (American Heartland, American Southwest, Carefree California, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast) is solely intended for U.S.-based supporters who would not normally have access to match tickets. If you are unsure about whether you meet the criteria for utilizing this ticketing benefit or have any questions, please contact us.
Historically, we have received 90+% of the tickets we request. Our five regional Platinum-level supporter clubs are among only 32 Platinum-level clubs worldwide with priority access to a limited number of tickets for home and away matches. That number is finite and can vary, with allocation sometimes being significantly less than the tickets requested.
When requests exceed supply, Chelsea FC will allocate a certain number of tickets per Platinum Supporters Club. This means we may not be able to fulfill every request we receive.
If this occurs, we prioritize requests based on the continuous length of Chelsea in America membership. Members with continuous years of Chelsea in America membership are prioritized over newer or first-time members or those who do not renew year to year.
As such, we strongly suggest you “keep your place in the queue” by maintaining continuous Chelsea in America membership. Should your ticket request not be fulfilled, a full refund is provided to you.
For league fixtures, our ticket request window typically closes approximately 60 days before the scheduled match date.
Competitions like the FA Cup, League Cup, Champions League, and Europa League operate on tighter timelines. Deadlines are often much shorter and announced quickly.

We are fortunate to offer a variety of seating options. On your ticket request form, you'll choose your primary and secondary seating location. While we try to place everyone in their preferred choice, seating may not be available in that section.
Please note prices vary by section. If you are placed in a seating location that is more expensive than your primary choice, you will be charged for the additional cost.
Chelsea FC uses a loyalty point system for select, in-demand matches, which all members are expected to meet. Please know that Chelsea in America does not manage the loyalty points process; this is solely managed by Chelsea FC.
Match Dates and Times
Match date sand kick-off times are subject to change by leagues and broadcasters, sometimes with minimal notice. Changes are generally announced about 30-45 days in advance, with less advanced notice in the springtime. If you are traveling, your absolute best strategy is to book flexible flights and accommodation.
Traveling with others? If you plan to attend the match with other CiA members, you can identify others in your party on the request form in the "seat with" section. Those members must abide by the membership requirements and must request their tickets in a separate transaction. We cannot promise that all parties will be grouped together as Chelsea FC solely dictates seating assignments.
Loyalty Point Reminder: Some matches have loyalty point requirements. All members requesting tickets for a match that requires loyalty points must meet this requirement.
When you submit your ticket request, please make sure that your payment was processed successfully.
You will only receive a confirmation email from Chelsea in America if your payment was processed successfully. The confirmation email you receive from Chelsea in America is not a ticket fulfillment confirmation. That email simply confirms that we’ve received your request and payment.
If your payment failed or you encountered an issue, please submit a new ticket request form and attempt payment once more.
Tip: If you are using the same PayPal account for multiple ticket requests made back-to-back, PayPal may prevent your additional payments. In this case, wait a period of time until trying again.
Chelsea in America submits ticket requests to Chelsea FC approximately one week after the request window closes.
Chelsea will provide ticket fulfillment confirmations to Chelsea in America, which we then communicate to members via email. Ticket request confirmations will be provided to members approximately 30-45 days from matchday, with shorter timelines for Cup matches and European competitions.
If your ticket request will be fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email from Chelsea in America along with next steps. If your ticket request cannot be fulfilled, you will receive an email from Chelsea in America advising of the outcome along with a full refund.
Your ticket is not guaranteed until confirmed by Chelsea FC.
Home match tickets will be PDF emailed to you approximately 14 days before the match. Both Chelsea FC and Chelsea in America reserve the right to request that home match tickets be collected at Stamford Bridge accompanied by a photo ID.
Away match tickets will be mailed to the address on your Chelsea FC Ticketing membership. They are usually posted 12-15 days before a match. If your ticket does not reach you before your departure, you must contact Chelsea in America (not Chelsea FC) no later than 72 hours before the match to arrange for a 'duplicate' ticket to be picked up at the visiting ground. Instructions will be provided once we receive confirmation of the duplicate ticket.
REMEMBER: You are requesting through your regional Platinum Supporters group (American Heartland, American Southwest Blues, Carefree CA, Mid-Atlantic, or Southeast Blues). If asked what group you are with, you should mention your regional group, NOT Chelsea in America.
DO NOT RESELL OR GIVEAWAY YOUR TICKETS. Your tickets are assigned to. Chelsea FC regularly monitors ticket usage, third-party resale sites and ticket touts.
Any attempt to resell, tout, or giveaway your ticket received through Chelsea in America may result in removal of membership and associated benefits. Chelsea in America proactively manages the integrity of our ticketing benefit and reserves the right to validate or verify member information for accuracy and alignment with the policies outlined by Chelsea FC. Chelsea in America reserves the right to refuse ticket access to members who refuse to comply with or abuse the defined ticketing policies outlined for supporter clubs.
To ensure the integrity of our ticketing benefit, Chelsea FC may subject members to ID verification.
