The 2026/27 season brings significant change to ticket access for supporter clubs and their associated members. This section provides an in-depth overview of the changes, which are also captured throughout the guide. Please read through these changes carefully.
Members can join a ticketing supporters club until 27 September 2026. If you are not on the roster by that deadline, you will not be eligible to purchase Official Supporter Club match tickets for the 2026–27 season.
Supporter club ticket requests are no longer made through Chelsea in America’s ticketing portal. Instead, supporter club members must request tickets directly through Chelsea FC.
For each match, Chelsea FC will provide eligible members with a designated window to apply for tickets. Supporters can enter at any time within the designation window with no impact on their chance of success for that game. Once the application window has closed, tickets will be allocated through an automated process run by a third party designated by Chelsea FC.
Supporters Club members can apply for tickets approximately seven weeks before home fixtures and five weeks before away fixtures. These deadlines will be published and communicated by Chelsea FC to all supporters club members.
Applications can be submitted in groups of up to four. The size of the group does not impact the likelihood of success. If entering as a group, all group members must be eligible for that application window, meet all of the membership requirements, and be part of your network.
As part of the new ticket application process, supporters can indicate their preferred home seating location and price band. Please note you will not be able to select specific seats. Away tickets are placed in the Away stand block.
Ticket application windows, deadlines, and application forms can be found on the Chelsea FC website.
Supporter club members will still be required to hold an active True Blue+, True Blue, CFC Blue, or Junior Blue Chelsea FC Ticketing membership to be eligible for tickets. The Ticket Forwarding membership is ineligible for tickets through supporter clubs.
Once the application window has closed, tickets will be allocated through an automated process run by a third party designated by Chelsea FC. This will be communicated to you by Chelsea directly.
If submitting a group application, none or all of you will be successful. If entering as part of a group, tickets will be allocated together.
Once the application process has been run, unsuccessful and successful supporters will be emailed with the outcome by Chelsea FC directly. If your ticket request is successful, payment will be taken after the application process has been completed. You will be requested to provide valid card details as part of the application process. If your payment is attempted but is then declined by your bank, the system will automatically move on to the next application, and your application will be cancelled.
Further, supporter club members may only request and have fulfilled a maximum of 8 tickets throughout the season. This number is inclusive of home and away matches and league and Cup matches.

Loyalty points will now only be awarded for attendance at men’s first-team home matches and no longer accrued for purchasing tickets. This means that supporter club members can no longer request or purchase home match tickets to “earn” loyalty points.
Loyalty points will be added to your ticketing membership account, by Chelsea, no later than three business days after a game has been played, provided the ticket has been scanned at the turnstile.
Loyalty points will continue to be awarded for purchasing away match tickets.
Home matches will require 0 loyalty points, while away matches require 5 loyalty points. Chelsea reserves the right to modify these requirements for select matches at its discretion.
You can view your loyalty point total by signing into your ticketing membership account. Once signed in, your points total will show once you have selected the head-and-shoulders icon in the top right-hand corner.
Despite the changes outlined above, you are still required to purchase a Chelsea in America membership to be eligible for tickets through Chelsea in America and its affiliated Platinum Supporter Clubs. A Chelsea in America membership, along with a Chelsea FC Ticketing membership, grants you the opportunity to request match tickets through Chelsea in America and your specific affiliated regional Platinum-level supporters club (American Heartland, American Southwest, Carefree CA, Mid Atlantic, and Southeast).
While Chelsea in America strives to fulfill as many requests as possible for our members, we cannot and do not guarantee tickets. Requests can outweigh availability, especially for high-profile matches. While we’ve historically received 90%+ of requested tickets, we may not be able to accommodate all requests. Please plan your trip accordingly!
Ticketing access made available through Chelsea in America via the associated Platinum Supporter Clubs (American Heartland, American Southwest, Carefree California, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast) is solely intended for U.S.-based supporters who would not normally have access to match tickets. If you are unsure about whether you meet the criteria for utilizing this ticketing benefit or have any questions, please contact us.

To have the opportunity to request tickets through Chelsea in America and its affiliated Platinum Supporter Clubs, the below requirements are fundamental. Failure to meet these requirements will deny you this unique ticket access.
Historically, we have received 90+% of the tickets we request. Our five regional Platinum-level supporter clubs are among only 32 Platinum-level supporter clubs worldwide with priority access to a limited number of tickets for home and away matches. That number is finite and can vary, with allocation sometimes being significantly less than the tickets requested.

Chelsea FC uses a loyalty point system for select, in-demand matches, which all members are expected to meet. Please know that Chelsea in America does not manage the loyalty points process; this is solely managed by Chelsea FC.
Earning Loyalty Points (Home Matches): Starting with the 2026/27 season, loyalty points will now only be awarded for attendance at men’s first-team home matches and no longer accrued for purchasing tickets. This means that supporter club members can no longer request or purchase home match tickets to “earn” loyalty points.
Earning Loyalty Points (Away Matches): Loyalty points will continue to be awarded for purchasing away match tickets.
Earning Loyalty Points (Other Ways): Loyalty points can also be earned by renewing your Chelsea FC Ticketing membership within the ‘early renewal’ window CFC makes available. This grants you five (5) loyalty points.
Confirming your Loyalty Point balance: You can view your loyalty point total by signing into your ticketing membership account. Once signed in, your points total will show once you have selected the head-and-shoulders icon in the top right-hand corner.

Match dates and kick-off times are subject to change by leagues and broadcasters, sometimes with minimal notice. Changes are generally announced about 30-45 days in advance, with less advanced notice in the springtime. If you are traveling, your absolute best strategy is to book flexible flights and accommodation.

Home match tickets: Home match tickets will be distributed digitally, directly from Chelsea via their app. Tickets are delivered approximately 3-5 days prior to the match date. Note that Chelsea FC solely owns this process.
Away match tickets: Away match tickets will be delivered via email directly from Chelsea. Tickets emailed directly from Chelsea are usually provided 3-5 days before a match. Please note that Chelsea in America has no involvement in this process.
Ticket Request Note: You cannot request tickets from Chelsea in America and its affiliated Platinum Supporter Clubs via the Chelsea FC app. Tickets purchased via the app are done directly from Chelsea, not Chelsea in America.
Downloading the Chelsea FC Official App: You can download the Chelsea FC Official App via the App Store or the Google Play Store. More information on downloading the app can be found on Chelsea’s website.
Accessing Tickets via the Chelsea FC Official App: After logging into the Chelsea FC app, click the Ticket icon in the upper righthand corner. Tickets assigned to you and your membership can be found here. In order to access your ticket, supporters will need to activate their ticket prior to entering the stadium and agree to the terms and conditions. This will generate a QR code, which will be used to enter the stadium. The QR code can only be activated within 5 days of the match.
Network: Network (formerly Family & Friends) is a feature of your ticketing account that allows you to add members to your network. If you are traveling with family or friends, we suggest you add those members to your network.

DO NOT RESELL OR GIVEAWAY YOUR TICKETS. Match tickets secured via supporter clubs are strictly non-transferable. Your tickets are assigned to. Chelsea FC regularly monitors ticket usage, third-party resale sites and ticket touts.
Any attempt to resell, tout, or giveaway your ticket received through Chelsea in America and its affiliated Platinum Supporter Clubs (American Heartland, American Southwest, Carefree California, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast) may result in removal of membership and associated benefits. Chelsea in America proactively manages the integrity of our ticketing benefit and reserves the right to validate or verify member information for accuracy and alignment with the policies outlined by Chelsea FC. Chelsea in America reserves the right to refuse ticket access to members who refuse to comply with or abuse the defined ticketing policies outlined for supporter clubs. To ensure the integrity of our ticketing benefit, Chelsea FC may subject members to ID verification.
