Our ticket allocation is limited. In the event we exceed our ticket allocation, we may not be able to fulfill every order. In that case, we use continuous years of Chelsea in America membership as a determining factor.

• Ticket Eligibility: Only 23/24 Chelsea in America members are allowed to purchase tickets. Members can purchase tickets for guests (4 ticket limit per member). Any non-Chelsea in America member who attempts to place a ticket order directly through Chelsea in America will be promptly declined and refunded. 

• Supporter Section: The supporter sections are assigned by the promoter. We will put forth our best effort to seat people together, but the event promoter ultimately controls ticket assignments. At this time, we do not have information on what section(s) will be designated as Chelsea FC Supporter Sections. 

• Price: Price is actual cost + any promoter and PayPal fees assessed to Chelsea in America.

• Payment: Payment must be completed and received by Chelsea in America for the order to be completed.

• Ticket Requirements: Ticket requirements for infants/toddlers vary by stadium. To be safe, assume that members of all ages will require a ticket unless otherwise explicitly noted.

• Ticket Distribution: TBD.

• Refunds: In the event we are unable to fulfill your order, Chelsea in America will provide a full refund. All other sales are final. No refunds will be provided once our order is submitted to the promoter.
